This artifact was created during my media and technology class. I used a word-processing program, Microsoft Word, to create the permission slip.

C. Impact
This artifact is an example of what I will be using to communicate to parents that their child may be video taped or photographed as a class assignment

This artifact is an example of a permission slip which allows for the videotaping of a child when in my class. It will encompass these Competencies:

· 14.1 - This artifact shows how I would develop classroom policies dealing with the legal and ethical issues relating to technology because it protects the child, the parent, the teacher, and the school from legal action while letting the parent know in writing what exactly will take place in the classroom.
